Khirganga is located 26 km from Kullu and 10 km from Pulga in Kullu District. It is well-known for the Khirganga Hot Water Spring. Khirganga lies at an altitude of 2,960 m, in the Parvati Valley on the Pin Parvati Pass trek route. It is believed that Lord Shiva meditated here for 2,000 years and did penance. Parvati River flows nearby. The place is surrounded by dense alpine forests. The entire region offers panoramic views of snow-covered peaks.
