Murthal is a small town situated on the outskirts of
Sonipat (8 km), off the
Grand Trunk Road, in
Haryana. The place is famous for its Dhabas and beautiful peacocks, which are quite abundant in the town. Murthal is located 48 km north of
New Delhi.
