Patanvav, situated to the south of Upleta, is in Rajkot District of Gujarat. Motimarad is in the east and Dhoraji in the south-east. Patanvav rests at the foothills of Dhankagiri hills.
Shri Siddha Chakra Yantramaya Jinalaya is the prime attraction. The Jain temple at Upleta and the fort at Dhoraji are also major destinations, worth-visiting.
