Dhanera is a
taluk headquarters town, of
Banaskantha District. It is bounded by
Duva (10 km) in the west, Jaria (9 km) in the north and Khemat (17 km) in the east. Shri Bhorol Teerth at
Bhorol and the jain pilgrim centers at
Tharad are major attractions.
Dhanera Railway Station can also serve as a base to visit a large number of places of tourist interest in the district.
