Zarani

Zarani, also spelt Zadani, lies in Sattari, the second largest taluk of North Goa District. Codal is 4 km north and Caranzol is 6 km south.

Shree Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla is the nearest highly revered shrine. Some of the famous tourist destinations that can be visited are Madei Wildlife Sanctuary, Pandava Caves in Valpoi and Mollem Wildlife Sanctuary.

Karmali Railway Station and Goa Airport are the nearest important rail junction and airport respectively.
