Sinquerim is a small village situated 16 km from the capital of
Goa,
Panaji, in
Bardez taluk of
North Goa District.
Aguada Fort, the Portuguese fort on the coast, built in 1612, is situated here.
Sinquerim Beach and a four-storey lighthouse are some of other attractions of the village.
