Nagzor is in the southern region of Pernem taluk, in North Goa District. It is nearly 3 km from Varconda and 6 km north of Rivora.

The Chapora River flows close by. Shree Shantadurga Temple, Alorna Fort and Terekhol Fort are at a short distance. The Macasana-Maneri road passes nearby.
