Choraundem

Choraundem is a town in Sattari of North Goa District. It is in the upper region of Sattari taluk, near its border with Maharashtra. Gululem is about 2 km south-west and Ponsuli is 1 km away.

Anjunem Dam, Surla (a charming site at an elevation of 800 m) and Brahma Temple in Carambolim are easily accessible from here.

The place can be approached from Karmali Railway Station and Goa Airport.
