Naubatpur is a
taluk headquarters and a major town in
Patna District of
Bihar. It is about 30 km south-west of
Patna.
Naubatpur houses one of the main distributaries of the Sone Canal System, one of the oldest canal systems in India. Danapur, an important pilgrim spot, is 15 km north.
Nearest airport is Patna Airport. Bihta Railway Station, on the Patna–Arrah rail route, serves this town.
