Malahipur is located in Rohtas District of Bihar. It lies near the district's border with Kaimur District. It is 25 km south-west of the district headquarters, Sasaram.

Dehri on Sone, Gurdwara Chacha Phaggu Mal, Tarachandi and Rohtasgarh Fort are historical and religious interests in the region.
