Udalguri is a prominent town in Darrang District of Assam. It is about 58 km north-east of Mangaldoi.

The town has a major market, where large business for poultry and livestock are carried on.

Udalguri Railway Station is on the Rangia - Rangapara railway line. The nearest airport is at Guwahati.
