Langting is a small village in
North Cachar Hills District. It is bordered by
Thaijuari in the west,
Lungding in the north, Darangibra in the east and Gunjong in the south. Langting Mupa Reserve Forest spanning over 497 sq km is home to a variety of wildlife.
Langting is 90 km from the district headquarters of
Haflong. Langting has the
Langting Railway Station as its main station.
