Lungding, situated in Karbi Anglong District, is an Elephant Reserve of Assam. Dhansiri River flows through this place. Lungding is situated to the south of Lumding (17 km) and Charka Hai (10 km). Langting (14 km) and Darangibra (21 km) are the other neighboring destinations. Nearby favored tourist attraction is the Karbi Anglong Wildlife Sanctuary.
