Mancheral

Mancheral is a charming town situated on National Highway 16, about 24 km east of Lakshettipet, in Andhra Pradesh. It is located about 66 km north-east of Karimnagar and 32 km south of Tandur.

Kawal Wildlife Sanctuary, Shivaram Wildlife Sanctuary and the pilgrim site of Dharmapuri constitute short excursions outside Mancheral.

Ramagundam and Belampalli are the nearby towns.

Nearest airport is at Hyderabad. Mancheral Railway Station is on the Kazipet – Tandur rail route of South Central Railways.
