Zeenat Mahal, once an imposing and beautiful building, is located at Lal Kuan, in Badarpur area of
New Delhi. It was built by Bahadur Shah Zafar - the last
Mughal king - for his domineering queen Zeenat Mahal. This edifice, however, in a ruined state is noted for its massive doorway.
