Zamorin’s Ayurvedic Health Retreat is located at Porkalangad in
Thrissur District of
Kerala. Spread over 12 acres of green vegetation, the center offers a comprehensive range of specialized treatment methods, which are quite unique in the field of
Ayurveda.
Treatment methods include abhyangam, udhvartanam, kizhi, dhara, pizhichil, nasyam, tharpanam, svedanam, vasti, Vamanam, virejanam and lepanam. All medicines are prepared under the supervision of doctors with herbs and roots drawn from its pesticide free organic herbal garden. Specially trained instructors are also here to impart yoga and meditation classes.
Zamorin’s has well-decorated rooms, with modern living amenities, for a comfortable and relaxed stay. Ayurvedically suited, organic and tasty vegetarian meals are served.
Porkalangad is a small village situated 5 km from Guruvayoor and 30 km from Thrissur.
