Yoga Bhavan is a center for traditional yoga studies and therapies under the supervision of Yogi Jayadevan. It is situated in
Ollur, 7 km south of
Thrissur. Specially trained instructors are here to impart yoga classes.
The center conducts 10 weeks long intensive yoga courses, one year yoga training program, residential intensive yoga courses, advanced yoga training course and meditation sessions. It also has fitness and relaxation programs, stress management programs for executives, and programs for children and aged people.
Yoga Bhavan offers treatments for nervousness, respiratory problems, metabolic and endocrine systems, cardio-vascular disorders, digestive and reproductive disorders and muscelo-skeletal.
