Yerravaripalem is a
taluk headquarters in the northern part of
Chittoor District , in
Andhra Pradesh. It is 42 km north-west of
Tirupati and is 6 km north of
Bhakarapeta. Yerravaripalem is also spelled Erravaripalem and Yerravaripallem.
Perched at an elevation of 1,945 ft, Yerravaripalem is set amidst lush dense wood and mountains. Some of the scenic spots outside the town are Talakona and Talakona Waterfalls.
Tirupati Airport and Mangalampeta Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station respectively.
