Yadgud is located in Belgaum District of Karnataka. It is around 13 km south of Chikodi, a popular Jain pilgrim center. Sankeshwar, on National Highway 4, is 14 km west of Yadgud.

Yadgud is 51 km north of Belgaum, the district headquarters. Chikodi Road Railway Station is the nearest railhead. Nearest airport is Belgaum Airport.
