Started in 1884, the Western Paragliding Association is the only paragliding club of
Mumbai, offering paragliding lessons at the sites of Mumbai. The training is individual and there are no limits to the course. After basic training, the learners are sent to camps run by experienced students who are familiar with the site and flying conditions to fly other sites. It offers the trainees an opportunity to meet pilots from other schools and to learn by observation and discussion.
The association uses world's best equipments for both safety and success. Courses are mainly conducted at any time, except from June to September.
