Vitthal Sayanna Datta Mandir




Vitthal Sayanna Datta Mandir is a delightful shrine situated in Thane, Maharashtra. The temple enshrines Lord Dattatreya as the presiding deity. The temple is named Vitthal Sayanna Datta Mandir after the person who undertook its construction at the instance of Shri Narayanand Maharaj who took Samadhi in 1910. Vitthal Sayanna Datta Mandir has a fairly large Sabha mandap, audience hall supported by 26 pillars. Datta Jayanti is the major festival celebrated here amid much pomp and splendor. The two day Janmashtami is another draw.
