Chennai, Vinayaga Tanjore Art Gallery houses the art works of a professional artist B T Raja. He specializes in Thanjavur paintings of the 18th and 19th centuries that are renowned in India and abroad. His paintings are usually drawn using original gold foils, Jaipur stones and vegetable colors.
