Vimalagiri Church, also known as Angathattu Palli, is the cathedral of the Vijayapuram bishopric. The foundation stone of the church was laid in 1956 and the construction was completed in 1964. The church was built in the Gothic architectural style and has a 172 ft tower which is one of the tallest church towers in
Kerala. The feast is celebrated in December.
This church is located near Kottayam Railway Station.
