Situated in Sultanpur, Vijethua enshrines a temple dedicated to
Lord Hanuman.
According to a local legend, Lord Hanuman killed Kalnemi, a demon, who was sent by Ravana to obstruct Hanuman from bringing Sanjeevni Booti (a magical herb believed to bestow life on the dead) for Lakshman.
There is also a belief that it is the place where Makri got Nirvana by Lord Hanuman. The Sarover, where she lived, can be still seen here.
A fair is held here on each Tuesday.
