Vidhan Bhavan, the seat of administration of the government of
Madhya Pradesh, is located on a hill in the heart of
Bhopal.
It is a circular structure 140 m in diameter with an area of more than 32,000 sq m. The building is divided into nine square compartments each enclosing in it a pattern of gardens within the gardens.
