Velar Teerth




Velar Teerth is located in the hilly area outside Velar village in Pali District. Built in the times of King Dhandhal, the mulnayak of this temple is white-colored idol of Bhagvan Adishwar in padmasana posture. An inscription in the idol depicts that it was built in 1545.

A flag is raised every year on the sixth day of the dark half of the month of Vaisakh.

Sirohi is 46 km from Velar Teerth.
