Vedanta Academy, an institution running under the control of Vedanta Cultural Foundation, is located amidst the picturesque hills of Malavali, around 108 kms from Mumbai. It was established in 1988 by Swami Parthasarathy with an objective of the propagation of Vedanta.
The academy offers a three year full time residential course on Vedanta for boys and girls between the ages of 18 and 30. The curriculum includes training in Sanskrit language and verses, Vedantic philosophy and traditional spiritual disciplines of karma action, bhakti devotion, and jnana knowledge.
Boarding and lodging, tuition, stationery and minor medical facilities are available there.
