Vaneeshwarar Temple is located on the banks of Kuttaikarai in
Kanchipuram. This shed-shaped temple houses an idol of
Lord Shiva. For attaining salvation, Vanasuran, the demon, had selected this holy place and worshipped Lord Shiva.
