Valiyavila Family Estate, on the outskirts of
Kollam, is situated on a mini peninsula in the heart of the
Ashtamudi Lake on the Kollam -
Alappuzha backwater route. The house features four aesthetically designed bedrooms, two living rooms, five bathrooms, a dining hall and a well-equipped kitchenette. There is also a boat-house and a guesthouse. The house is fully-furnished with beautiful wooden furniture.
Ethnic Kerala breakfast is served at the traditionally designed dining hall. South Indian and European cuisines are also served. Continental food is available on request.

Kerala are organized to entertain the guests. Ayurvedic massages and therapies are available at the estate.
Classes on gothic, ceramic paintings and drawings, handicrafts, advanced yoga studies and folk art forms are imparted. Workshops and seminars can be arranged.
