Vadhu

Vadhu is a historic place in Pune District of Maharshtra. Shambhaji, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji, was cremated here. A Samadhi and a statue of Shambhaji is located here. The famous Sangameshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is another attraction in the vicinity.

Vadhu is near to Tulapur, which is about 40 km north-east of Pune.
