Uriyamguri is situated in
Dhemaji District which is about 460 km east of
Assam’s principal city of
Guwahati. It lies 9 km east of
Dhemaji Town bordering
Arunachal Pradesh. The town is bordered by Dulangmukh in the west, Huliagaon in the north, and Bordoloni and Machkhoa in the south.
Dhemaji Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
