Unnayi Warrier, born at
Irinjalakuda,
Thrissur District, enjoys a unique place among the composers of
kathakali, the classical dance of Kerala. His composition Nalacharitham (in 4 parts) is different from all other kathakali compositions in literary refinement and character delineation.
