University College of Engineering of
Burla was established in 1954. It is affiliated to
Biju Patnaik University of Technology. The college offers under graduate engineering courses in civil, mechanical, physics, electrical, electronics and communications, computer science, and manufacturing science and engineering. Post graduation courses such as ME and MCA are also provided.
The campus has a well-stocked library with around 50,000 volumes of books on various engineering subjects. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Other facilities are spacious playground, gymnasium, and audio-visual clubs. Apart from the normal academics, various cultural and sports activities are also conducted.
