Universal Yoga Training Centre is located at
Mcleodganj in
Dharamsala,
Himachal Pradesh. Run by Vijay Amar, it specializes in power yoga (ashtanga vinyasa yoga) and universal
hatha yoga.
The center conducts daily classes, drop-in classes and one week courses, week-long courses in the Ashtanga primary series and yearly programs in Goa and Mysore. Yoga instructor training is also offered.
