Tummalapenta

Tummalapenta is a coastal village in the northern part of Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh. It is around 7 km east of Kavali and is 52 km north-east of Nellore.

Tummalapenta is noted for limestone deposits. Located on the Bay of Bengal coast, the place was badly affected by the tsunami that struck South India in 2004.

Nearest airport is Tirupati Airport. Kavali Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
