Trishul Glacier is located in the
Rishi Ganga River catchment of
Uttaranchal. The glacier has its origin from the southern slope of the
Nanda Devi Peak. The Trishul Glacier is a large glacier in size and length. Many melted-water streams originate from this glacier and later it joins the
Dhauli Ganga at Raini.
Joshimath, a popular center of pilgrimage, is located near the glacier.
