Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti

The Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti, located close to the Royal Mosque in Fatehpur Sikri, is one of the excellent pieces of white marble work in India. Built in 1570, the tomb has four carved pillar bases and floral designs. These pillars resemble Gujarati style of architecture and look beautiful with marble works. The names of the Prophet Muhammad and the four Caliphs of Islam are inscribed around the arched entrance. The main hall of the structure has a semicircular dome that attracts many visitors. Different colored stones are used for decorating the white marble floors.

Kheria Airport is located about 5 km from here. All ranges of accommodation facilities are also available.
