Tlangnuam

Tlangnuam is a small town situated in the southern-most part of Aizawl District in Mizoram. It spreads over an area of 533 sq km. Agriculture is main occupation of the people. Chapchar Kut, Mim Kut and Pawl Kut are the principal festivals celebrated. The prime attractions include Mizoram State Museum, Mini Zoological Garden and Durtlang Hill. Tamdil Lake (83 km), Vantawng Waterfalls (137 km) and Lunglei (233 km) are interesting locations nearby.
