Tiruppanantaal Arunajateswarar-Senchadaiyappar Temple




Arunajateswarar-Senchadaiyappar Temple, also known as Maadakkoyil, is situated at Tiruppanantaal near Aaduturai in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. The temple lies at an elevation and is adorned with towering Rajagopurams. The three Kalasams crowns the vimana. Carvings about the sthalapuranas are depicted in the 16 pillared hall. The deity of this temple faces west whereas the Goddess Periyanayaki faces east.
