Tirakkol Jain Temple is positioned at a distance of 25 km from Gingee towards Desur. The temple is devoted to Bhagvan Parshwanatha. Many devotees visit this temple and pay homage to Bhagvan.
An isolated huge stone at the foot hill of Tirakkol has carvings of four Jinas on its four sides. Image of Adinath on the eastern side shows the artistic excellence of Jain workmanship. Adinath seated in meditative pose has a circular halo behind and a triple umbrella above the head. At the top level one can see two flying Vidyadharas offering prayers to him.
