Gya-Thuk



A typical Tibetan style noodles in soup, Thukpa / Gya-Thuk is a very popular Sikkimese dish made from long egg noodles in broth, with a choice of vegetables or meat. It has now entered commercial production and is well placed in menus of all restaurants and hotels of these regions. A taste of Thukpa is something not to be missed.
