Thirukkudandai Temple is a sacred pilgrim center located at
Kumbakonam in
Tamil Nadu. The main deities of the temple, Sree Aaravamudhan and Sree Komalavalli Thayar, are seen in an A
adisesha Sayanam posture. The temple was closely associated with the famous saint Tirumangai Azhwar who was graced with
Moksha and was accorded the vaikuntha status. The Nalayira Divya Prabhandam was revived by Nadhamunigal at this place.
Mahamaham tank, Kumbeswarar and
Sarangapani temples are worth visiting.
