Thiruarutpa is a collection of songs composed by Saint Vallalar, a saint born at Vadalur in the 19th century. He worshipped God in the form of light (Oli). The saint documented his experience and realization in the form of songs, which are compiled and published as the ‘Thiruarutpa’. Some of these are now available in audio cassettes.
