Tharuwat Buxad Mahotsav is celebrated in
Udham Singh Nagar District of
Uttaranchal. Many cultural programs revealing the rich culture of Tharu and Buxad tribes are conducted as a part of the festival. Folk dances, handicrafts, and cultural events are performed. The festival is organized every year during the month of December.
