Tharkot Peak is located close to the Sundardunga Valley in
Bageshwar District of
Uttaranchal. This snow-topped peak is situated at an altitude of about 6,100 m.
Sundarganga Glacier is visible from the peak. The best time for trekking to this peak is from the months of May to November.
