Tenali is a town in
Guntur District. Also known as Andhra Paris, it is 27 km from
Guntur. It is situated at the place where
Krishna River merges into the
Bay of Bengal. Tenali Ramakrishna, the adviser of Krishna Deva Raya of the Vijayanagar Kingdom, belonged to this place. It is the site of Sri Venkateswara Temple and Laxmi Padmavathi Sametha Venkateswara Vaikunta Swamy Temple.
