Tatarsar is a town 2 km to the south of Chunawadh in Ganganagar District. Retwala is another town around 4 km away to the south. Seventeen kilometers to the south-west is Padampur.
The administrative headquarters, Ganganagar, can be easily accessed from here and the prime attraction here is the Archeological Museum.
