Tamulpur is a small town situated 30 km south of Bhutan border. It is in the
Nalbari District of
Assam. This is a land of multiculturalism. People, a mixture of different castes, peacefully coexist here. Barnadi, one of the main tributaries of the
Brahmaputra River, is the lifeline of the town.
Tamulpur is around 7 km from Kumrikhata, 17 km from Naokata and 80 km from
Guwahati via Rangia.
Rangiya Junction Railway Station is about 25 km away.
