Tamil Nadu Kattaikkuttu Kalai Valarchi Munnetra Sangam is a non-profit and non-governmental organization in
Kanchipuram. It was started in 1990 by a group of seventeen
Kattaikkuttu actors and musicians with an objective of promoting the art form of Kattaikkuttu, a popular theater form in the northern parts of
Tamil Nadu.
The sangam works among the villagers and creates a framework that co-operates professional actors, actresses and musicians. Kattaikkuttu Youth Theater School and Performing Arts Center function under the sangam. Besides its regular performances, festivals are also organized.
The governing body of the sangam is elected from among their members for 3 years. Membership is provided on individual basis. Tamil Nadu Kattaikkuttu Kalai Valarchi Munnetra Sangam has a local branch at Gingee.
