Taliparamba Vishnu Temple




Vishnu Temple, which is of great historical importance, is located at Taliparamba in Kannur District of Kerala. It is an excellent example of medieval temple architecture.

The history of the temple dates back to the 10th century. The presiding deity is Lord Vishnu. The temple is famous for stonewall murals and woodcraft works.

Taliparamba is around 25 km north of Kannur which holds the nearest major railhead, Kannur Railway Station.
